This project renovates the existing Surgery Center and Sterile Processing Department through four phases while the hospital remains fully operational throughout construction. The work includes modernizing and resizing existing operating rooms to optimize spatial use while implementing standardized layouts and updated surgical equipment.
Improvements also include expanding and upgrading the Sterile Processing Department to better support surgical equipment and procedures. The PACU will be relocated to improve workflow between the surgery center, SPD, and adjacent support and storage areas, enhancing the overall efficiency of the surgical suite.
