Athens County EMS

The project was a new 8,700 SF EMS Station located at the TS Trim site in Athens, Ohio. For initial planning, the project followed provided floor plans for general layout and scope. The building was designed to be as energy efficient as possible based upon the allowable budget, demonstrating to the region sustainable building practices and receiving Net-Zero accreditation. The facility includes truck bays, offices, staff sleeping rooms, living area, meeting area, and restrooms.
