Support Facility Renovation
The Rhodes Hall Student Center is a 32,000 SF campus facility at University of Rio Grande that houses the bookstore, a coffee shop, student success center, health services, post office, and admin offices. Renovations during this project focused on expanding Student Success and Career Services while also upgrading building systems.
This project introduced new office spaces, reimagined branding via interior design, distributed student working space throughout the facility, and upgraded the entirety of the flooring system. This project was performed while the building remained partially occupied.
